Royal Ken Architects

Royal Ken Architects is a small team based in Ludhiana, specifically at 256/40E. We have been around the area for a while now, helping people figure out their building plans. The name sounds a bit grand, but we are actually just a bunch of regular people who know a lot about construction and design. Our office is tucked away, and we spend most of our time there drinking coffee and looking at blueprints. We do a mix of different things, from small house renovations to slightly larger commercial spots. Every project has its own set of headaches, but we’ve learned how to deal with most of them over the years. We don't really do the whole "corporate" thing with suits and long meetings. Most of our meetings happen over a desk covered in papers and measuring tapes. We like being in Ludhiana because it’s a town that’s always growing and there is always something being built. Sometimes the neighbors come by to complain about the noise if we have a delivery, or just to say hello. It feels like a community here. We try to be honest about how much things will cost and how long they will take, even if it’s not what people want to hear. It’s better to be realistic from the start. That’s just the way we prefer to run things here at the office and we hope it stays that way for a long time.
