Our office is located at Plot No.830/1, on the second floor. We are right in the Shaheed Kartar Singh Sarabha Market, which is very close to the Municipal Corporation Zone-C on Gill Road. It is a very busy part of the city, with lots of noise and people moving about at all hours. To get to our office, you have to walk up some narrow, steep stairs. We have been in this market for quite a while now. We provide security guards for the factories and the various shops nearby. It is a lot of coordination work, mainly making sure every guard shows up for their scheduled shift on time. Sometimes someone calls in sick at the last minute and we have to scramble to find a replacement. That is honestly the hardest part of this whole business. We have a small wooden table and a few plastic chairs where we interview new people. We look for guys who are sturdy and do not mind working in the heat. Gill Road is always packed with big trucks, so getting anywhere usually takes twice as long as it should. We spend a lot of our time just waiting for the traffic to move so we can go check on a job site. It is not a flashy or modern office; we just have what we need to get the daily work done. We know the other shop owners in the market quite well and we all try to look out for each other.
