Real Estate Co

Our office for Real Estate Co is located right at H 5 in Bhai Daya Singh Nagar, just off Barewal Road here in Ludhiana. It is a pretty normal spot where we spend most of our mornings drinking tea and looking over local property listings. The traffic on Barewal Road can get a bit loud during the day, but inside it is mostly quiet enough to get things done. We handle a lot of the local paperwork for houses and plots in this specific part of the city. There is no big staff here, just a couple of us who know the neighborhood well because we have been around for a long time. People often stop by just to ask about what is happening with the land prices nearby or to see if anything new has come up on the market. The office isn't anything fancy, just some desks and chairs and a lot of files stacked up in the corner. We spend a good amount of time on the phone or walking over to look at sites when the weather isn't too hot. Ludhiana is growing fast and things change every month, especially around this area. We try to keep track of who is selling and who is looking to move into the colony. It is a lot of routine stuff, checking documents and making sure the addresses are correct. We stay open until the evening usually, unless someone has to leave early for personal errands.
