Ramsons Sweets Private Limited

We are set up on Chandigarh Road in a busy part of the area. Rakesh Kumar is the one who looks after things here in Ram Chand Rai Colony. We make all sorts of sweets at Ramsons Sweets. To be honest, it is always a bit sticky in the kitchen area. We use quite a lot of sugar and milk every single day. The smells are actually quite nice most of the time. People stop by often because they know exactly where we are located. It is not a huge factory or anything like that. We are just a local sweets business doing our thing. We spend the majority of our time cooking over the big pots and packing boxes. Sometimes the orders for the wedding season get a bit crazy and we stay late. We just keep our heads down and work through the orders one by one. The colony is a good spot for us because it is easy for people to reach. We don't have a fancy showroom with lights. It is more about the actual work happening in the back rooms. We use the same old recipes that have been around for a very long time. It is just what we do for a living. The staff is like a small family. We have our tea breaks together in the afternoon. It is a simple life making mithai for the local folks who come to see us.
