Rajesh Nakra & Co is situated on the first floor of Deol House in the Civil Lines area. We are right opposite the PNB, which makes it very convenient for people to find us when they are out doing their banking. Being in Ludhiana, we see a lot of different kinds of businesses. Most of what we do involves tax planning, audits, and keeping track of financial records. It is a small team here. The office has a bit of an old-school feel to it, but it’s comfortable and we get our work done. We don't spend money on fancy decorations; we’d rather just focus on the ledgers. You can usually find someone in the office from morning until late afternoon. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a big deadline coming up. Civil Lines is a good hub for this kind of work. We’ve known some of our clients for years, and they often just drop by for a quick chat about their papers. It’s a very hands-on way of working. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or anything like that. If you come up to the first floor, you'll likely just see one of us at a desk. We spend our time helping anyone who is struggling to make sense of their taxes or business numbers. It’s just how we’ve always done things here at Deol House.
