Rai Motors

At Rai Motors, we are located at Plot No-505 on the Main Central Road in Dugri. We are right in the middle of the Nirmala Nagar area, so there are always people moving around and cars passing by the shop. Our place is basically where we handle all sorts of motor-related repairs and work. The shop sits right on the edge of the street, so we get to see everything that goes on in the neighborhood throughout the day. We spend most of our hours under car hoods or checking out tires on the pavement. It’s a lot of physical, messy work, and our clothes are usually stained with oil by the time lunch rolls around. We have a small area where customers can stand and wait while we take a look at their vehicles. The sun hits the front of the shop quite hard in the afternoons, making it pretty warm inside. We try to keep all the spare parts and tools organized on the back shelves, but it’s usually a bit of a mess. Most of the people who come in are from right here in Dugri, so we recognize a lot of the faces. It’s a friendly enough spot, even though we are usually way too busy to stop and talk for very long. We’ve been at this location for several years now and have seen the neighborhood change. There’s a tea shop a few doors down for when we need a break from the motors.
