We’re located in Ludhiana, specifically in the CRPF Colony at House Number 2904-B. It’s part of Urban Estate Phase-1 in the Dugri area. This part of Punjab is quite lively, but our specific street is usually a bit calmer. The house we work out of has been our base for a while, and it’s seen a lot of activity over the years. We have a lot of rooms filled with files and equipment, and it can get a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. But we don’t mind. It feels like a real workplace where things are actually happening. We don't have a polished front desk or a waiting room with magazines. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us at our desks or talking in the hallway. We keep things very casual. Most of us have been working here for years, so we’re more like a family than just coworkers. We know the 141001 area well and we’ve seen it change a lot. The work is steady, and we don't feel the need to shout about what we do. We just let the work speak for itself. It’s a practical, down-to-earth environment. We deal with the cold winters and the hot summers of Ludhiana and just keep moving forward. That’s how we’ve always done it here in Dugri.
