Proline Waterworld

Proline Waterworld is set up at 20 B on G T Road. Being located on such a major road means we get a lot of foot traffic and people stopping in while they are passing through. We mostly deal with water purification systems and various tanks. The shop floor is usually crowded with different filter models and plumbing supplies. It’s a very practical arrangement without any fancy decorations or glowing signs. We just arrange the products so customers can see them easily. G T Road is always loud because of the heavy trucks and buses, so the noise is something we just live with. We spend our time answering questions about how different filters work or helping someone pick out a tank that will fit their roof. We aren't really salespeople; we just show people what’s in the shop and explain what it does. Occasionally we have to go out to help someone with an installation, but we are usually right here. The back of the shop is where we keep all the spare parts and the tools we need for servicing the units. It’s a bit cramped back there with all the boxes. We’ve been at this location for quite a while and have come to know the local community well. We take everything one day at a time, making sure the shelves are full and the floor is clean. It’s a straightforward business and we like the simplicity of it. There isn't much more to tell about how we operate.
