Proline Water World

We are located at SCO-20B, right near the Gurudwara Shaheedan Pherumannr and the Dholewal Chowk. It’s a well-known area in Ludhiana. Our shop, Proline Water World, is where we handle everything related to water systems and filters. We have a lot of different tanks and pipes sitting around the floor. It can look a bit disorganized to someone walking in from the street, but we know where everything is. People stop by because they have issues with their water at home or at their small businesses. We spend a lot of time explaining how the different filters work and which ones need replacing. It is fairly simple work but it keeps us busy. The shop isn't very large, so we have to stack things high. Sometimes we are out on service calls, so the shop might be run by just one person for a few hours. We don't use any high-tech sales tactics. We just tell people what we have and what it does. The noise from the traffic at Dholewal Chowk is something we’ve just learned to ignore over the years. We have a tea stall nearby where we go for breaks. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming to us for a long time. We aren't looking to become some massive chain. We are just happy running this shop and helping folks get their water sorted out. It’s a decent living and we like the neighborhood.
