If you go to the Dhyan Singh Complex near the Ludhiana Bus Stand, you’ll find us at Mb-24-25 on the ground floor. It’s a hectic area with all the traffic and people moving about, but that’s where Prem Ji Travel has been for a long time. We mostly deal with people who are already at the bus stand and realize they need help with a booking or a different route. The office is practical, nothing more than what’s needed to get the tickets printed and the schedules checked. We see a lot of different faces every day. Some are regular commuters and others are just passing through Ludhiana for the first time. It gets pretty crowded in the complex, especially during the peak hours when everyone is trying to get home. We don’t have any fancy lounge or anything, just a counter and some old files. We know the bus timings by heart now because we’re right there next to the action. It’s a bit noisy with the engines and the shouting outside, but it keeps us on our toes. We just focus on getting people where they need to go. If you’re looking for us, just head towards the complex near the bus stand and look for the ground floor shops. We’re usually there from morning until late evening making sure things run okay. It is just how we operate every single day.
