Prateek Industries

You’ll find us at number 2470 on Street No. 15 in Dasmesh Nagar. It’s a bit tucked away, but once you’ve been here once, you won’t miss it. We’ve been running Prateek Industries out of this building for quite some time. It’s not a huge place, but we make the most of the space we have. There’s always someone working on a machine or sorting through parts. The street can get crowded with carts and deliveries, so we have to be quick when we’re loading up. We do a lot of general industrial work, the kind of stuff that involves a lot of sweat and heavy lifting. It’s a neighborhood where everyone is doing something, so we fit right in. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a front desk with a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just wipes their hands on a rag and sees who’s there. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but our little corner stays pretty much the same. We focus on the work at hand, whether it’s a small batch or a bigger order that takes all week. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to spend half a day getting them back in line. That’s just the way it goes. We’re glad to be a part of the local community here. It’s honest work and it pays the bills. There is nothing more to it than that, really.
