Pooja Micro Technologies

Our shop is over at Focal Point, specifically Shop No.1. If you're looking for us, we're right near Mukesh Sweets, which is a pretty good landmark because everyone knows where to get their snacks around here. Pooja Micro Technologies is a small operation. It’s mostly just me and a couple of others. We spend most of our time dealing with micro-tech stuff, which usually means a lot of squinting at small parts and trying to get things to work. The shop itself is simple. We have some counters, a few stools, and a lot of tools scattered around. Being in Focal Point is convenient because there's always something going on. We get a lot of people who come in after they’ve been to the sweet shop or are just running errands in the area. It gets quite busy in the afternoons, and the noise from the street can be a bit much, but we don't mind. We aren't a big corporation with a fancy board of directors. We’re just a local tech shop trying to make a living. We don't spend money on big ads or anything. Most of our work comes from people in the neighborhood who know we’re here. It’s a steady rhythm of opening up, working through the pile of jobs, and closing up in the evening. We like the independence of running our own place. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do. Usually, the phone starts ringing before we even get the shutters up, which is just how it goes with this kind of work.
