Even though the name mentions New Delhi, this specific spot is located in Ludhiana, Punjab. We are at 13/1712, Dhanoa Niwas in the S.K.S. Nagar area, Phase-2. It’s right on Pakhowal Road. This is where we handle the wire and cable side of things for the local region. It feels more like a home office than a big industrial plant. We have some storage space and a couple of desks where we manage the orders. It’s a busy road outside, so we hear the trucks and cars all day. We spend most of our time on the phone talking to contractors or checking on stock levels. It’s a lot of logistics, really. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several deliveries arrive at once. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. You just walk in and see us working. The team here is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. One minute we are filing papers and the next we are helping load a truck. We’ve been in this part of Ludhiana for a bit and know the area well. It’s a practical way to run things without having too much overhead. We just focus on getting the wires to where they need to go. It’s a simple, everyday kind of business for us. We just keep our heads down and try to get the orders out to the people who need them.
