We are based over at B-213/74-C in New Kundan Puri, which is part of the Civil Lines area. It’s an older part of town with a lot of character. Our shop is full of boxes containing cameras, wires, and various sensors that we use for the security setups. It’s a bit cluttered, but that’s just how it goes when you’re handling so much hardware. We spend a lot of our time out on the road, going from one house or business to another to get things installed. When we are actually in the office, we’re usually testing the equipment or trying to figure out a glitch in a system. The walls are mostly bare, except for a few calendars and a clock that’s five minutes fast. Civil Lines is a nice place to work because it’s relatively green and the streets are wider than in the old city. We’ve been here long enough that most of the neighbors know us by name. It’s a straightforward business. We don't use any fancy sales tactics or have a glossy brochure. Usually, people just hear about us from someone else in the neighborhood. If the door is locked, it just means we are all out on a job site for the afternoon. We try to keep things simple and honest, focusing on the hardware and making sure it actually works when people need it to. It is a humble place, but we like it here.
