We’ve been over here at Link Road Maulik Tenement 3028 for quite a while now. It’s just Piston Pins India, nothing too fancy or anything like that. My brother and I started this place because we actually knew how to make things move and work right. Most days it is just us and a couple of local workers in the back getting our hands greasy. We focus on the pins because that’s what we know best. People usually come by the shop when they need a part that actually fits their engine without a struggle. It isn’t some huge factory with a lot of office people in suits. It’s more like a regular workshop where the machines are always humming. Sometimes the dust gets everywhere and it’s a bit of a mess, but we keep at it. We see a lot of the same faces coming through the door every week. Usually, someone is looking for a very specific size and we have to go way back to the dusty shelves to find it. The Link Road area can get pretty busy and loud in the afternoons. If you’re looking for the 3028 spot, it’s tucked in there near the other tenements. We try to keep the lights on late if there is work left to do. It’s hard work, but it pays the bills for us. There aren't any big speeches or meetings here. We just grab the tools and get started every morning.
