You have to go down into the basement of the Shiv Complex to find us. We are in the AC Market area of Gurmandi, right in Ludhiana. Shop No 5/U00268 is our little corner. Being in a basement means we don't get much natural light, but the AC Market is always buzzing with people looking for deals. Pankaj Mobile And Gift Centre is a small space, but we have crammed it with as many phones and gift items as possible. Ludhiana is a city of business, and Gurmandi is right at the heart of the trade. We deal with a lot of wholesale and retail customers. Some days it is so crowded in the basement that it's hard to move around. We have mobile accessories hanging everywhere and stacks of gift boxes for weddings and parties. We don't have a fancy entrance, just the stairs leading down. We spend most of our time answering questions about phone features or showing different gift sets to people. It’s a noisy, busy environment, but that’s Ludhiana for you. We’ve got used to the hum of the air conditioners and the constant chatter of the shoppers. It’s not a high-end boutique, just a practical shop where people come to get what they need for a fair price. We’ve been here in Shiv Complex for years and intend to stay.
