Pandit Parshu Ram Architect

If you head over toward Side Tanki No.5 in Uttam Nagar, you’ll find where we work. Pandit Parshu Ram Architect is a small practice located right here in Khanna. It’s not a big corporate tower or anything like that. We have a modest office space that’s filled with drawings, scales, and a lot of rolled-up papers. It gets a bit dusty sometimes because of the construction nearby, but we don't mind. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a long time, and everyone knows the landmark near the tank. It’s a bit of a trek for some people to come out here, but it’s a quiet place to get work done. We spend a lot of time hunched over tables looking at plans. There’s no fancy software demos or high-tech presentations here; it’s mostly just honest work and pencil markings. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit when the weather is nice. The office is small enough that we can all talk to each other without getting up. We know the local shopkeepers and the guy who delivers the mail. It’s a very local feel. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to handle the phones, so if you call, one of us will just pick up. We take things as they come and try to do a decent job with the projects we have. It’s a slow process sometimes, but we prefer to take our time and get the drawings right. We keep a jar of pens on the main table for anyone to use.
