Padmawati Garments

Padmawati Garments is located right on Bhadur Ke Road. If you know this road, you know it’s one of those places that’s always full of life and movement. There are a lot of other businesses around, so there’s a constant stream of workers and vehicles moving past our door. It’s a very industrial kind of feel. We don’t have a fancy showroom or a bunch of receptionists. It’s mostly just the sound of machines and people talking loudly over the noise. The air usually smells a bit like fabric and dust. We like being on Bhadur Ke Road because it’s easy for transport, though the traffic can be a nightmare sometimes in the late afternoon. Our building isn't anything special to look at, but it’s where we do everything. We spend our hours checking through the garments and making sure the bundles are ready. Sometimes we grab a quick snack from the vendors outside when things get too busy to stop for a proper meal. It’s hard work and it’s often quite hot inside, but we’re used to it by now. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our job well and keep the business running from our spot on the road. It’s just a normal day-to-day grind for us here. There isn't much more to it than that. We just focus on the garments and hope the day goes by smoothly without too many issues with machines or the delivery trucks.
