P P Telecom

P P Telecom is located right in the middle of the 1St Block Market in Sarabha Nagar. We are at S C F 20/21, which is a spot on Station Road that stays busy from morning until late at night. The shop is always buzzing with the sound of people coming in to pay bills, ask about phone repairs, or look for a new charging cable. Since we are in the market, there is always someone walking past the window or popping in to ask for directions. We have glass counters filled with different mobile accessories and a small workbench at the back where the actual repair work happens. It is often a bit cramped when more than three people come in at once. We spend our time talking to customers, testing out sim cards, and trying to fix cracked screens under a bright desk lamp. The noise from Station Road is constant, with horns honking and the general chatter of the market crowds. We keep a small stool behind the counter for when things quiet down, but that doesn't happen very often. It is a local shop through and through. We know many of the people who live nearby and stop by just to say hello. There is no corporate polish here, just a lot of phones and cables and the daily rhythm of a busy market stall. We stay open until the last train of commuters has passed by.
