Overnite Express Limited

Our place is called Batta’S Niwas, over at B/34/1123. It’s right on Street No. 3 in Chander Nagar. If you’re in Ludhiana, you know how these streets can be. It's a bit crowded but we manage to get the vans in and out somehow. We’ve been at this spot for quite a while now. The building isn't brand new, but it works for what we need. Most of our day is spent looking at schedules and hoping the fog doesn't delay the arrivals too much during the winter. It gets really cold here, so we usually have a heater going in the main office area. We handle a lot of mail and packages every single day. People are always in a hurry, so we try to move fast, though sometimes the paperwork takes longer than the actual sorting. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting and carrying things. We aren't a giant office with hundreds of people, just a local team doing what needs to be done. We know the shopkeepers on the street and sometimes share a snack in the afternoon. It’s just a regular part of the neighborhood. We don’t have any big speeches to give about what we do. We just show up, sort the stuff, and send it out. It is a bit of a grind sometimes, but we like the people we work with. That makes the long days go by a lot faster than you’d think.
