We set up this Oriflame point in Sarabha Nagar because it’s a central place for many of us who live nearby. It’s not a huge corporate office with glass walls or a receptionist at a front desk. It’s more like a local spot where we can gather and handle the day-to-day business. There’s usually a few of us here throughout the day, sorting through the latest products or helping someone figure out a complicated order. The desks are always a bit cluttered with paperwork and maybe a stray coffee mug or two that hasn't been washed yet. We don't have a professional cleaning crew that comes in every hour, so it looks lived-in and real. It’s a practical place for practical people. We talk to our neighbors and the people who live nearby about the items we have in stock. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy pitches to sell things. If a product is good, we say so. If something isn't available, we let people know right away. It's a very direct way of doing things. The neighborhood is nice, and we like being here instead of in some cold industrial park on the edge of town. We know the shopkeepers nearby and often chat with them during lunch or when we are out grabbing supplies. It’s just a normal part of the day for us. We don't have a big grand opening or anything like that, we just opened the doors and started working.
