You can find us at 7 Takkar Plaza, right on Pindi Street. If you’ve ever been down Pindi Street, you know how hectic it gets with all the traffic and people. Our shop, Novomed Health Care, is a bit small, so we have to be very smart about how we use the space. Boxes are stacked nearly to the ceiling in the back. When a new shipment comes in, it feels even more cramped until we get everything sorted. We spend a lot of time on the phone with customers and suppliers. It’s a lot of checking lists and making sure the inventory matches what the computer says. The plaza itself is an older building, and sometimes the power flickers, but we just keep going. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights. Most people find us because they know the address or someone told them where we are. Every morning starts with pulling up the metal shutters and getting the dust off the counters. It’s a simple operation without any layers of corporate management. We just have a small team of people who know where everything is kept. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when three different deliveries show up at once, but we manage to get through it. Pindi Street has its own energy, and we are just one small part of that daily buzz. We focus on the orders and making sure people get what they need without any fuss.
