We are located over in Phase-2 of Punjab Mata Nagar, on Street No-5. If you're looking for us, we’re quite close to the Celebration Guest House, which is a big landmark around here. Nikhil Cctv System is basically just me and a couple of ladders and a lot of spools of wire. Security is something everyone thinks about these days, so we stay pretty busy. I spend half my time climbing up walls to mount cameras and the other half trying to explain to grandmothers how to check the video on their phones. It’s funny how much things have changed since I started. The shop itself is mostly a storage space for DVRs and different kinds of lenses. It gets a bit cluttered with all the cardboard boxes and clipped wire ends on the floor. I’m usually out on a site somewhere, so the shop might be closed for an hour here or there, but I always leave my number on the shutter. People in the neighborhood know I’m reliable, even if I’m running a bit late because a previous install took longer than expected. Those guest house guests often stop by to ask for directions, and we don't mind helping out. It’s a decent area to work in, and the people are mostly friendly. I don't use any fancy sales talk to get jobs. I just show people where the blind spots are and tell them what it’ll take to fix it.
