New Era Aqua Solutions

We’re located out on Chandigarh Road, right near Samrala Chowk. If you’re familiar with the area, you know how busy that intersection gets. New Era Aqua Solutions is basically just me and a couple of helpers. We deal with water filters and purifiers. It’s a lot of salt, filters, and plastic tubing everywhere in the shop. We started this because the water around here can be pretty hard on the pipes and people’s health. The shop is more of a workshop than a store. We have tools scattered on the benches and half-finished units waiting for parts. It’s a bit messy, but that’s how we work. We spend a lot of our time out at people’s houses fixing things or putting in new systems. When I’m at the shop, I’m usually cleaning out old tanks or ordering new parts. It’s a practical business. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just fix the water issues people have. The traffic on Chandigarh Road is always humming in the background. It can be a bit much sometimes, but the location is good for getting to different parts of the city quickly. We keep things simple here. If someone has a leak or their filter stops working, they give us a call or stop by. We just take it one job at a time and try to keep the tools organized.
