M/S Som Datt Builders Pvt. Ltd

We’ve been running Som Datt Builders up here in Mandi for a while now. Based out of Vill.Neri-Kotla, near Chimanu, it's a quiet area but we stay busy. Construction in Himachal Pradesh can be tricky with the hills and the weather, but we know the terrain. We mostly handle local building projects. Our office is just a simple setup in the village. It isn't a fancy corporate place, just a workspace where we get things done. Most of the guys here are from around the area. We deal with materials, labor, and making sure the sites are moving along. Some days are slower when the rain hits hard, but that’s just how it is in the mountains. We try to keep things straightforward with the people who hire us. No big talk, just work. People know where to find us in Neri-Kotla. We've seen a lot of changes in how houses are built around here lately. It used to be all stone, now it's more concrete. We adapt. If someone needs a wall built or a whole structure, they come by the office. It's a small team, so everyone knows what the other is doing. We’ve kept the same address for a long time. It helps that people in the community know us by name. We just focus on finishing the job at hand and moving to the next one. That’s pretty much the story of our daily life here.
