Our operation is down in the basement of SCO 6 in Sector 39. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes because of all the cardboard. We are located right near the NRI Police Station, which makes it easy to give people directions. The air is always a bit dusty from the paper and the machines. We spend the whole day cutting, folding, and gluing boxes of all shapes and sizes. It is noisy down here, so we usually have to shout a bit to be heard over the equipment. We don't have a fancy office upstairs, we just stay where the work is. It’s a family-run kind of feel, with a few of us handling everything from the raw material to the finished stacks. The basement stays a bit cooler in the summer, which is a nice bonus. We have been at this address for a long time and the locals know us. There isn't any fancy branding or anything like that on our walls. It’s just a factory where we make things that people use once and then throw away, but we take it seriously while we are doing it. We load the trucks right outside the basement door. It’s hard work and our backs usually ache by five o'clock, but that’s just how it goes in the box business. We just keep the machines running and try to get the orders out to the customers on time.
