We are over in Shyam Nagar, specifically in Sector 44 C. This part of town is usually pretty quiet, which suits us just fine for the most part. The building we are in isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but it gets the job done for what we need. We spend most of our time dealing with orders and checking the inventory we have on hand in the back. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure things are exactly where they should be when someone comes to pick them up. Some days are definitely slower than others. We’ve got a small staff here, and we all know each other's families and stories by now. Lunch usually involves one of us going out to grab something for the whole group. We deal with metals and minerals mostly. It can be heavy work sometimes, and we get our hands dirty. We've been in this spot for a bit, so the regulars know exactly where to find us. Usually, the phone starts ringing around nine in the morning, and it stays that way until we close up for the evening. We don't really do much advertising or any of that promotional stuff. People just hear about us through word of mouth or see the sign when they're driving through the sector. It’s a straightforward operation. We keep the files organized as best we can. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks, but we manage to stay on top of it. It's just a regular workplace.
