MJobs.Work is based in Ludhiana, right in the Sheera Complex. We are on the first floor at unit number 27. The complex is located on Street Number 2, which is near Gill Chowk in Dashmesh Nagar. It’s a really busy part of the city with plenty of shops and other small businesses around. We focus on helping people find jobs. Most of our day is spent looking at different job boards and talking to various employers. There is a lot of coordination involved in what we do. The office is small but it has all the things we need to stay productive. Ludhiana is a city where people really value hard work, and we try to match that same energy here. We don't have a receptionist or anything formal like that. If you walk in, one of us will just look up from our desk and say hello. We use 141003 as our postal code. Sometimes the street gets very crowded with bikes and delivery trucks, but that’s just how Ludhiana is. We have a few computers and a phone that seems to ring quite a lot. We don't put on any airs or act like a big corporation. We just do our work and try to help people get their next job. It’s a simple operation and we aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just want to be useful to our neighbors in Dashmesh Nagar.
