This shop has been around Ludhiana for a while, covering spots in both 57 and 13. We deal with pipes, taps, and all the stuff that goes into a bathroom or a kitchen. It’s a bit of a maze inside because we try to fit so many different types of fittings into the shelves. You might see boxes stacked up to the ceiling. We don't have those polished displays you see in the big malls. Here, it’s more about finding the right washer or a pipe that won’t leak after a month. We get a lot of plumbers coming in early in the morning before they go to their jobs. They know where everything is even better than we do sometimes. If a customer comes in looking for a specific brand of faucet, we usually have it, or we find something else that fits the same hole. Ludhiana is a busy place and people are always fixing something in their homes. We stay open pretty late because someone always has a pipe burst at the wrong time. It isn’t glamorous work, but everyone needs a working toilet and a sink that drains. We just keep the inventory moving and try to help people figure out what size fitting they actually need. It’s just us here, working through the orders and making sure the inventory stays mostly organized.
