We've been here at Urban Estate Dugri for a while now, right near the telephone exchange. It’s a busy spot in Ludhiana. My name is Vipin, and we run Marc Sanitatinon Pvt.Ltd out of Mr. P.S Sapra’s place at 2506 HIG Flats. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking stock in the back. It isn't a fancy setup. We have boxes of pipes and fittings everywhere because that’s just how the business goes. People come in looking for something specific for their bathrooms or kitchens, and we try to find it in the piles. Sometimes the dust gets a bit much, but we keep moving. It's a family-run kind of feel here. We know the neighbors and the local plumbers who stop by. Dealing with sanitation supplies isn't always glamorous, but it keeps the houses around here running right. We spend a lot of time just organizing things and making sure we have what people ask for. The winters in Punjab can get pretty cold, so we usually have some tea going while we work through the orders. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation. We’re just here in the flats doing our work day in and day out. It’s a lot of manual labor, loading and unloading trucks, and making sure the numbers match up. If you're walking near the exchange, you'll probably see us moving stuff around or chatting with a driver. It’s just how things are at our Ludhiana office.
