Manjeet Singh

My name is Manjeet Singh and I am based over at C-248 in the Ghatkopar East area. To be more specific, the place is on Vallabh Baugh Lane. I have some roots in Ludhiana too, which is part of how I ended up doing things the way I do. The office or workspace here is nothing special to look at from the outside, but it serves its purpose for the daily tasks I have to handle. Living and working in Ghatkopar East means dealing with a lot of people and movement all the time. It is a busy part of the city. I’ve been at this address for a bit now and most of the locals know where to find me if they need something. I don’t really go in for big advertisements or anything like that. Word of mouth is usually how people hear about what I’m doing. It keeps things manageable. I try to keep a regular schedule, though sometimes things come up that keep me here later than I expected. The lane itself has its own rhythm. You see the same faces every morning when you're opening up. It feels like a real community. I handle the day-to-day stuff myself mostly. It’s just a honest way to make a living and I don’t plan on changing much about how I operate. If you happen to be on Vallabh Baugh Lane, you’ll likely see me around the C-248 building. I am usually there most days.
