Saini Industries

You can find Saini Industries over at Plot No. PK-11 12 in the Premier Complex. We are out on Nichi Mangli Chandigarh Road, right near the old Octroi Post. It’s a busy stretch of road, especially with all the traffic coming in and out of the city. Being near the Octroi Post means there’s always a lot of activity and noise, but you get used to it after a few days. The complex itself has a lot of different businesses, but our spot at PK-11 12 is easy to find because we have a lot of space out front. Sometimes the trucks get backed up on Chandigarh Road, making it a bit slow to get in, but once you’re inside the complex, it’s a bit more organized. The building we are in is sturdy and handles the Chandigarh weather okay. We spend our time managing things from the floor, and there isn’t much time for sitting around. The air is always a bit full of the smell of exhaust and dust from the road. We have a few chairs for visitors, but mostly people are on their feet doing what needs to be done. It’s a hardworking part of the area, and we fit right in with the rest of the shops and industries nearby. It’s a plain place, but it works for us. We leave around seven most nights when the road finally clears up.
