Mandeep Kaur Architect

The office is located at H.No.225 in Phase-I of the Urban Estate along Dugri Road. It’s a fairly quiet part of the neighborhood, which is good when you need to focus on drawing things out. Mandeep Kaur Architect has been operating from this house for a while. We use a few rooms for the drafting tables and the computer setups. It’s easy to find us if you’re coming down Dugri Road, though the house numbers can get a bit confusing for people who aren't from around here. We have some plants out front that we try to keep alive. The workspace inside is pretty simple, nothing too elaborate or modern. We just have what we need. Most of the time, it's just the sound of mice clicking and people talking over lunch. Being in Urban Estate means we are close to where a lot of people live, so we see neighbors walking by all the time. Sometimes we have to move stuff around to make room for new site models. It can get messy with all the rolls of paper. We don't have a big sign or anything. It's just a regular house where we do our architectural work. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the street. It feels right being part of the local community instead of some high-rise building. We just show up and get to work every morning without much fuss.
