Our office is located at Sco 123 on the first floor in Feroze Gandhi Market. We are right near a hotel, so it is quite easy to spot if you are looking for us. We have been here in Ludhiana for some time now, just helping people get their holiday plans together. It is not a huge place, just a regular office where a few of us sit and work on bookings. Sometimes the market gets very crowded and noisy, but once you are inside, it is a bit better. We handle everything from basic tickets to more involved travel plans. There is no fancy lobby or anything like that. You just walk in and we can sit down and look at what you need. Most of the people who come here are locals from the neighborhood. We know a lot of them by name because they have been coming to us for years. We try to be practical and just tell you what is available and what the costs look like. We do not use any big corporate talk or anything like that. It is just a simple business run by people who know how travel works. If you are around Feroze Gandhi Market, you can just stop by the first floor. We are usually here during the day sorting out paperwork and talking to customers on the phone. It is a busy life but we enjoy it.
