We are located in Ludhiana, Punjab, specifically at House Number 23-G in Kitchlu Nagar. Our office is on the first floor. It’s a typical residential-turned-business area, which is pretty common here in Ludhiana. Being in Kitchlu Nagar is convenient because it’s a well-known part of town. Magma Mettcast Ltd. has been operating from this first-floor space for some time now. You have to walk up the stairs to get to us, but it’s not too bad. The office itself is just a few rooms where we manage the company’s affairs. It’s often a bit loud with the city sounds drifting in through the windows, but that’s just how it is in a busy place like this. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you’ll just find one of us at a desk surrounded by paperwork and catalogs. We do our best to keep things organized, even when the work piles up. Ludhiana is a city that’s always on the move, and we try to keep pace with that. People stop by for meetings or to check on their orders, and we just sit down and talk like regular people. We aren't interested in being a big corporate entity. The traffic in Ludhiana is something else, so we always hear the horns and the motorbikes from our desks. Sometimes we have to close the windows just to hear each other talk. We’ve been in Kitchlu Nagar long enough to see the neighborhood change.
