M R Forging

M R Forging is located over at Dashmesh Nagar 249. It is a bit of a loud place because of all the machines running. We spend most of our time around the heat and the smell of metal. The floor is usually covered in some kind of dust or shavings. It’s not the cleanest place to work but we get the job done. We’ve been at this number 249 spot for quite a while now. The street outside is narrow and sometimes the trucks have a hard time getting in. We have to move things around a lot to make space. It gets very hot in the summer and the big fans don’t do much except move the warm air around. We usually have tea together in the afternoon when things slow down a bit. Our clothes always have some oil or grease marks on them by the end of the shift. That’s just part of the work here. The neighbors are mostly other workshops so they don’t mind the noise we make. It’s a busy part of Dashmesh Nagar and there is always something going on. We don’t have an office with AC or anything like that. Just the workshop and our tools. It is basic and practical. We just show up and do what needs to be done with the steel. That is how M R Forging operates day to day. We don't worry about being fancy, we just focus on the forging work until the day is done.
