Luxmi International

Luxmi International is located at 426 in Industrial Area-A. It’s a typical industrial spot, nothing fancy, just a lot of concrete and metal. We spend most of our time in the back where the actual production happens. The front area is just a small space for people to walk in and talk to us. We deal with textiles and garments mostly. You’ll see rolls of fabric stacked up high and the sound of machines is pretty constant throughout the day. It gets hot in the summer, but we’re used to it. We don't have a big corporate structure. It's just a group of us making sure the orders are filled and the quality is okay. We don't spend money on expensive office furniture. It doesn't help us make better products. Our focus is on the floor. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when a big shipment is due, but we always figure it out. The industrial area can be a bit loud and messy with all the other factories nearby, but it's a good community. We’ve known the guys next door for years. We don't make big promises or use complicated language. If we can do a job, we say so. If we can't, we’re honest about that too. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it seems to work for us. We just keep our heads down and stay busy every single day from the early morning until we finish.
