Kusum Tradex operates out of unit 396 in Industrial Area-A. It is one of those parts of town where you mostly see big warehouses and small factories. There are not many trees or parks around here, just lots of concrete and trucks parked on the side of the road. We have been working out of this spot for a good while. The building is a bit grey and the stairs are quite steep, but it works fine for us. Inside, the space is mostly taken up by shelves and boxes. Since we deal with trading, there is always something coming in or being shipped out. The office part is just a small corner we partitioned off with some glass. It is never very quiet because of the neighbors, but we have grown used to it. We do not have a large team, just a few of us who understand the business well. Most of the day is spent on our feet or checking the stock levels in the back. There is no dress code here. We just wear whatever is comfortable for the heat and the dust. Sometimes we have to stay late when a big delivery arrives, and everyone pitches in to get it sorted. We do not have any fancy brochures or professional photos of the staff. We are just regular people running a business in a busy industrial zone. It is honest work and we try to keep everything as simple as possible. We just keep the trade moving every single day.
