Kumar Clinic

If you are looking for us, we are right by Samrala Chowk, very close to the Guru Arjun Dev Gurudwara. It is a landmark everyone around here knows, so it makes finding the clinic fairly simple for folks. The area stays pretty active with the prayers and the people visiting the Gurudwara, so there is always a bit of energy outside our door. We have been in this specific spot for a while. The clinic is not anything fancy to look at from the street, just a regular door and a sign that has been there for years. Inside, it is pretty much what you would expect from a local place. We have some chairs for waiting and a desk where we keep the records. We still use paper for a lot of things because it just feels easier than dealing with computers that crash. It gets a bit loud when the traffic picks up at the chowk, but we are used to it by now. The staff here are just regular people from the neighborhood. We do not have fancy uniforms or a big reception desk with a telephone operator. Usually, if you walk in, you just talk to whoever is free. It is a straightforward way to run a clinic. We see a lot of the same faces every month, which is nice. We just try to get through the day and help out whoever comes in with a cough or a fever.
