We are located right in the middle of Industrial Area-B in Ludhiana. You can find us behind the big water tank near Gill Road. It is a loud area with trucks coming and going at all hours of the day. We have been operating here for a long time, dealing with whatever industrial supplies or parts are needed by the local factories. The shop is not much to look at, just a lot of shelves and piles of heavy parts. We spend most of our time talking to mechanics and factory owners who need something very specific for their machines. Sometimes we have to dig through the back to find an old part that is not even made much anymore. Ludhiana is a huge hub for this kind of stuff, so there is always a lot of competition, but we just stay focused on our own pile of work. We are not big on computers or any fancy filing systems. Most of the stuff is tracked in a big ledger or we just remember where we put it. It works for us. The tea guy comes around twice a day and that is usually when we take a short break. Otherwise, it is just grease and cold metal. We do not do much talking unless it is about the job at hand. If someone needs a specific bolt or a heavy-duty fitting, they usually find their way to us eventually. It gets very cold in the winters here, but the work keeps us warm.
