Davindra Industrial Corporation

Our shop is located at No. 4357 on Street No. 5. This is in Kirti Nagar, specifically Sector No. 39 A, right off the main Chandigarh Road. It is a heavy industrial area so there is always the sound of machines and trucks reversing. We do most of the daily work for Davindra Industrial Corporation from this one spot. The building is older but it stays relatively cool in the summer which is nice. Finding us can be a bit tricky because the street numbers don't always go in order, but we are the one with the large gate near the corner. The main door is usually propped open with a heavy brick to let some air in. We usually get here before the sun is all the way up to avoid the worst of the Chandigarh Road traffic. Most of the day is spent handling materials and talking to the drivers. The office part is just a small room with a couple of chairs and a ceiling fan that clicks. We don't really do anything flashy. It is just about getting the work done and making sure we don't fall behind on the schedule. Sometimes the power goes out in the sector and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. It is a tight-knit group here and we know most of the guys on Street No. 5. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years.
