Khosla Gift Center

We’ve been here at Bsk Iii Stage Janta Nagar for a good while now. The shop is right near the Indira Gas Agency, so people usually see us when they’re out doing their errands. It’s a busy little spot on 1st Main Road. Every morning, I come in and start moving the boxes around to make space. The 9th Cross gets quite a bit of foot traffic, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home after work. We have a lot of different things on the shelves, mostly stuff people need for birthdays or small parties. Sometimes the dust gets on the wrappers and I have to wipe everything down twice a day. It’s just me and a couple of others here. We don't really do anything fancy. Most days it’s just about making sure the inventory is okay and talking to the neighbors. Sri Nilaya is a nice building to be in, though the stairs can be a bit much if we’re carrying heavy crates. Sometimes a customer comes in looking for something very specific and we have to dig through the back room for ages to find it. It's usually a bit messy back there, honestly. We try to keep things organized but when it gets busy, that goes out the window. Life here is mostly just the sound of the traffic outside and the fan humming in the corner. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years.
