Down at F-10 in Phase-Vii of Focal Point, you will find Kaydee Forging Pvt. Ltd. It is a pretty standard industrial shed, nothing too special to look at if you are just passing by on the road. The equipment is set up in a way that works for us, even if it looks a bit crowded or messy to an outsider. Most mornings, the air inside smells like hot iron and machine grease. We start our shift early, usually well before the sun gets too high in the sky. The heat from the forges makes the middle of the day feel pretty intense otherwise. Big stacks of raw material sit near the entrance, while finished parts are piled up on the other side waiting for the trucks to arrive. We do not spend much time on paperwork or computer stuff unless it’s absolutely necessary for the job. Most of the day is spent handling tools and keeping a close eye on the production line. Sometimes the power goes out here in Focal Point, and we just have to sit outside on the steps and wait for it to come back on. It is a quiet community of workers around this part of town. We know the guys at the neighboring units pretty well and might share tools if someone is in a pinch. This workshop isn't trying to be anything flashy. We just take the orders, do the work, and go home.
