Karan Malhotra Realty Llp operates out of Shop No. 14/15 at Palm Heights. We are located in Vpo Jaspal Bangar, right along the Southern Bye Pass. It’s a good location because it’s easy for people to pull over and come inside. The shop isn't huge, but we have enough room to sit down and go over property details. We focus on this specific area because we live and work here. We see the changes on the Southern Bye Pass every single day. Most of our work involves helping people find a spot that fits their budget. We don’t make big claims about being the biggest or anything like that. We are just local people who know the land. We spend a lot of time driving out to Jaspal Bangar and the surrounding villages to look at new plots. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to get out to the sites, but we try to stay consistent. People around here know us by name. We handle the paperwork for sales and the occasional lease. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of looking at maps. We keep things honest and tell people what we actually think about a location. If a plot has issues, we say so. That’s how we have always done things. It’s just us working out of the shop at Palm Heights every day.
