Karan Auto Industries

Karan Auto Industries is located at F-20A in Phase-1 of the Rico Industrial Area. It’s one of those spots that’s easy to miss if you aren’t looking for the number on the gate. We’ve been working out of this unit for quite a while. The walls are stained a bit from the oil and the machines, but that’s expected in this line of work. Every day feels pretty much the same. We come in, check the machines, and start on the pile of work waiting for us. The air gets thick when the shop is full of activity. We try to keep the big doors open to get a breeze, but in the summer, it doesn’t help much. We have stacks of metal parts waiting to be processed near the entrance. Sometimes it gets a bit disorganized when a big shipment comes in, and we have to shuffle everything around to find a path through. We don’t use any fancy computer systems for tracking things; we mostly just write it down in the big ledger on the main desk. It’s worked for us so far. There’s a tea stall just outside the main gate where we usually go around four o'clock. It’s a good time to stretch our legs and get away from the noise for a few minutes. Then it’s back to it until the sun goes down and we lock up the shutters for the night. We're usually pretty tired by then.
