Kapoor Ety Architect

Our office is located at 25/A, Aggar Nagar Ferozpur Road. It’s a decent area, and we’ve been operating under the name Kapoor Ety Architect for quite some time. It's just a regular workspace where we sit down and look over blueprints. We get a lot of traffic passing by since we're right on Ferozpur Road, which can be noisy, but you get used to it. We mostly work on local buildings, trying to make sense of what people want for their space. It's not always easy, but we do our bit. We have a small team here, and we usually have coffee running most of the day. There’s always someone sketching or checking on measurements. We aren't big on fancy titles or anything like that. We just focus on the job at hand. People stop by to ask questions about their renovations or new builds. We try to give them clear answers without using too many big words. Sometimes the desk gets buried under site reports and sketches, but we know where everything is. Being in Aggar Nagar is convenient for us and for the people who live nearby. It’s a straightforward setup. We open up in the morning and stay until the work is finished for the day. If you're looking for us, we’re right there in the 25/A block. It's a simple place for simple work. Most of our days are spent right here at these desks. We like the neighborhood and the people who live around here.
