Kakkar Catering Services is located at 2521, H.I.G. Flat in Phase II of the Urban Estate in Dugri. It is a quiet residential area for the most part, but we keep busy with our work every single day. Being in a flat means we are right in the middle of the neighborhood. We see our neighbors going to work and the kids playing outside while we are organizing things for our catering jobs. It is a bit different running a service from an H.I.G. flat, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking our lists for the next event. Dugri has changed a lot over the years, and being in Phase II means we are easy to find if you know the layout of the Urban Estate. We don't have a big flashing sign or a huge storefront, just our workspace here where we handle everything. Sometimes the delivery vans have to find a good spot to park without blocking the road for the other families living here. It’s a very practical way to work. We are just regular people trying to do a good job with the food and the service. The kitchen is always moving, and there is always something to clean or a menu to talk about. Most of our day is just sticking to the schedule and making sure we have what we need. It’s a simple life here in the Dugri estate area.
