K S Dua & Co

Our office, K S Dua & Co, is located on the first floor of the Surya Kiran Building. We are in Flat D, right on Mall Road in the Civil Lines part of Ludhiana. If you know where the Pantaloons store is, we are just opposite that. It is a very central location, which means it is always lively outside. We have been in this building for several years. Inside, it is mostly just desks, chairs, and shelves full of folders. We spend most of our time looking at paperwork and answering the phone. It is not the most exciting environment, but it is where we do our work. The noise from Mall Road is pretty constant, but you get used to it after a while. We are not a big firm with hundreds of employees. It is a smaller, more personal operation. We just try to be practical and helpful to the people who come to see us. There is not any corporate jargon here. We speak plainly and just get to the point. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. It is just part of the daily grind. We like being in Civil Lines because everything is close by. We do not spend money on fancy marketing; we just focus on the tasks we have in front of us. It is a straightforward way to run things, and it has worked for us so far. We just keep our heads down and work. It's a simple approach but we find it keeps everything moving in the right direction without any extra fuss or complication.
