K. R. Overseas

Our base is over at 415-D in Brs Nagar. At K. R. Overseas, we’ve got a workspace that suits us just fine, even if it's not very fancy to look at. We have been working from this same spot for several years now. Inside, you’ll mostly see desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets stuffed with paperwork. Much of our day is spent staring at screens or talking on the phone to people in different time zones. It gets a bit tricky with the time differences, but we’ve managed to get a handle on it over the years. We don't have a huge staff or a complicated management structure. Everyone just helps out where they can. Sometimes that involves staying late to finish up an email or take a late call. We didn't spend much on decorations or expensive furniture because we’d rather just focus on the work. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which we like. We don't really bother with marketing or trying to sound important. We just try to be accurate with our work and keep things moving. There are good days and slow days, but we show up regardless. It’s a pretty simple way to run a business, and it keeps us busy enough. Most of the time, we’re just catching up on messages and making sure everything is on track.
