Jvr Forgings Limited has been operating out of Industrial Area-C on Sua Road for quite some time now. If you know Dhandari Kalan, you know it is a place where things actually get made. It’s loud, it’s often dirty, and there is a lot of heavy metal moving around. Our facility isn't some showroom; it’s a place where hammers and furnaces are the main characters. We deal with forgings, which is tough work that requires a lot of sweat and attention to detail. The guys on the floor have been doing this for years, and they can tell if a piece is right just by looking at it or hearing the sound it makes. We don't have a fancy reception area with soft chairs or coffee machines. Usually, someone will just wave you in if you’re looking for the office. We focus on the orders that come in from different industries and try to keep the machines running without too many breakdowns. The dust from the road gets inside sometimes, but that’s just life in an industrial zone. We eat our lunch together when the shift breaks, talking about family or the cricket score. It’s a straightforward business. We take the raw material, we heat it, we shape it, and we send it out. There are no shortcuts in forging, and we don't try to find any. It is hard work, but it’s what we know how to do best here.
